Quality Assurance and Audit Services oversee several critical University programs: Audit Services, Change Management, Electronic Signatures, Policy, Process Improvement, and Public Records Requests and Subpoenas. These programs focus on continuous process improvement and compliance that drive operational efficiency, and result in lasting change and sustainable savings. We support the University functions by:
- Accepting and responding to California Public Records Act requests made by the public
- Approaching strategic recommendations with data-driven decision-making
- Liaising between campus departments, management, and auditors on internal audits
- Researching and developing relevant policies for the campus community
